“Laz began his career as a Graphic Designer, studying at the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a focus in Graphic Design. He later moved to study at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, to better hone and build upon his abilities. At the School of Visual Arts, Laz majored in Graphic Design and Fine Arts, which gave him a better understanding of the principals of Art, even garnering him the honors of being a featured artist in the university gallery on numerous occasions.
Currently, Laz is a forward thinking Associate Creative Director in New York City working on Advertising for such clients as Verizon, Chase, Snapple Group and Disney. Through experiences in the world of TV, Print, Social and digital Advertising, Laz strives to bring to life smart, forward-thinking campaigns that have a unique perspective and impact.
In addition to his work in traditional advertising, Laz also creates artwork for the Entertainment Advertising world as well having worked on such films as: X-Men: The Last Stand, The Grand, Miss Potter, Elvis & Anabelle, and Goya’s Ghosts. His passion for film and telling stories visually has given him the opportunity to showcase his work at Gallery 1988 and Hero Complex Gallery as well as work with independent and studio filmmakers to bring their films to life.
