About the Artist

Noviar Rahmat or best known as Mad Matt illustration, is a digital artist who grew up in a small town in East Java, Indonesia. Admiring album artwork of early punk rock and heavy metal bands from an early age, Noviar’s work is a mix of bold outline, chaotic shade and colorful pattern. His personal interest in sci-fi, monster and horror has been the main theme of his work and career.

Why did you choose that film?

“Wallstreet is an all time business drama that could be his personal favorite as well. The movie sums up the very nature of human and mankind. Greed, is what the movie tried to present in the first place. Greed is good when it comes for us being able to channel it into the right path and context. Otherwise, it could take us down to the very dark time and regression. That is why Noviar’s take the job to bring back the movie to the exhibition”.

Be sure to check out all of Noviar’s work, and we’ll be sure to share some teases of this Financial classic real soon.
